NAZA EASTERN MOTORS SDN BHD is seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager to join our organization. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and directing sales activities, driving revenue growth, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. This is a full-time position offering excellent opportunities for career advancement within the company.

What you'll be doing
  • Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Manages and monitors sales procedures and documentations in terms of vehicles sales accordingly to SOPs and statutory requirements.
  • Managing, motivating and coaching a team of sales professionals to maximize their performance.
  • Daily monitoring of stocks allocated for registration and deliveries to ensure disbursements are collected from financial institutions within the stipulated time.
  • Analyzing sales data and market trends to identify new business opportunities.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients and prospecting for new ones.
  • Collaborating with cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless customer experience.
  • Prepares and presents periodic sales reports to management on time.
  • Implements sales targets and assesses direct reports for performance, development and succession planning.
