Job summary

A leading technology and consulting company in Petaling Jaya is seeking a Process Delivery Specialist for their Finance team. This role involves managing the account receivables process, handling claim management, and performing AR reconciliation. The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor's degree, along with relevant experience in Finance & Admin BPO or accounting. Strong skills in SAP and Excel are required, coupled with good communication abilities in English and Bahasa.

Qualifications

  • Fresh graduates to 5 years of relevant work experience in Finance & Admin BPO or accounting.
  • Ability to work independently and manage high volume of tasks.
  • Good team player with strong prioritization skills.

Responsibilities

  • Exposure to Claim Management and Customer Masterdata.
  • Handling AR Reconciliation and overdue analysis.
  • Preparation of reporting.
