We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Web Developer to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll be involved in building, maintaining, and optimizing responsive websites and web applications. You should have a solid grasp of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and at least one modern front-end framework, with some exposure to back-end technologies and deployment processes. This is a great opportunity to work across the full development lifecycle and deepen your technical skills in a supportive environment.
Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while setting coding standards.
Develop, test and implement a clean, reusable and efficient software/web application.
Work with project managers or stakeholders to ensure delivery of the software project.
Maintain existing customers software/web applications. Support customer software enhancement or bug fixes
Conduct peer code reviews, provide constructive feedback, enforce best practices and ensure high code quality.
Collaborate with Product Managers, Business Analyst, Designers, and other stakeholders on project requirements gathering.
Identify technical risks early and propose mitigation strategies.
Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
Stay updated with emerging technologies and propose adoption when relevant.
Prepare technical documentation for software applications.
Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or related field.
Junior or Intermediate level with 1 to 4 years experience in Web Development.
Strong hands‑on experience with relevant languages and frameworks such as PHP/Laravel, Nodejs, Nuxt/NextJS, Angular, VueJs, MySQL.
Proficiency in database design (SQL and/or NoSQL).
Solid understanding of system design, data structures, algorithms, and architecture patterns (e.g., microservices, event-driven).
Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS and GCP is a plus.
Knowledge of Agile or Scrum methodologies is a plus.
Involve in software releases and deployment processes.
Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and version control (Git) is a plus
Strong problem‑solving skills and decision‑making ability.
Excellent communication and strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
Knowledge with various programming concepts or technologies such as REST API, Microservices Architecture, Git Flow, MySQL Database, Cloud Infrastructures (AWS/GCP) is a plus
Able to work independently to solve technical problems as well as work and communicate effectively as a team.
Ability to communicate technical information in a clear and understandable manner to non-technical stakeholders.
Fluent in English.
Work as a Full Time employee. Monday to Friday, 9AM to 6PM.
Based in Kuala Lumpur office.
