Your Role with Us
  • Sales Manager
    • Lead and inspire the sales team to achieve monthly and annual targets
    • Plan and execute sales strategies, campaigns, and team training
    • Oversee the full customer journey to ensure top tier service and satisfaction
    • Track market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead
    • Ensure adherence to company standards and industry requirements
  • Sales Advisor
    • Engage walk in and online customers with confidence and professionalism
    • Recommend and sell vehicles, financing, and insurance solutions
    • Build lasting customer relationships and strong referral networks
    • Follow up on leads and close deals effectively
    • Deliver excellent after sales service to ensure customer satisfaction
What We Are Looking For
  • Sales Manager
    • 3 to 5 years experience in automotive sales at Supervisor or Manager level
    • Strong leadership skills with proven sales results
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities
    • Solid knowledge of automotive financing and insurance processes
  • Sales Advisor
    • 1 to 2 years sales experience, automotive experience is an advantage but not required
    • Fresh graduates with strong interest in automotive sales are encouraged to apply
    • Friendly, confident, and customer-oriented personality
    • Passion for cars and the automotive world
    • Own transport and valid driving licence required
