Join our Smart Infrastructure GSW division as Project Administrator and help us re-imagine the world by finding solutions and making the world a more inquisitive place for tomorrow.

1. Coordinating project and bid activities, including organizing tasks and managing schedules to ensure milestones and deadlines are met.
2. Managing bid submissions and post-submission processes, ensuring timely delivery, proper formatting, and responding to client queries.
3. Preparing and maintaining project documentation, including workflows, procedures, and reports for internal teams and stakeholders.
4. Monitoring project progress, budgets, and quality, ensuring adherence to timelines, regulations, and Siemens project management processes.
5. Supporting the preparation of budgetary and firm commercial offers for the Sales team while ensuring compliance with client requirements and industry standards.
6. Collaborating with Siemens HQ, internal stakeholders, logistics, commercial teams, and customers for seamless project execution.

1. A Bachelor’s degree in IT, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a relevant field.
2. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Melayu.
3. Proven experience in project or bid coordination, with exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced data analysis, pivot tables, and functions such as VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, and macros.
5. Ability to work effectively with cross-functional and international teams across different time zones.
6. A proactive mindset to learn and explain technologies such as Advanced Metering Infrastructure (AMI) systems and related innovations at a basic level.
7. Assertiveness and flexibility to adapt to dynamic business demands as a team player and individual contributor.
