A leading e-commerce company located in Klang City is looking for a Project Manager to enhance fulfillment warehouse operations. Job description
Job Description:
- Ideate and develop high-impact projects/initiatives to improve Shopee's fulfillment warehouse operations productivity and efficiency, leading to operational cost savings.
- Strategically create and implement detailed project execution plans, methodically addressing all operational challenges.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement WMS-driven improvements, contributing to overall operational excellence.
- Collaborate with internal and/or external stakeholders to execute projects, ensuring projects are meeting the intended objectives, completed timely and within allocated budget/resources.
- Health check Warehouse Operations team daily operational KPIs, flagging operational issues/risks, and develop temporary workarounds and long term solutions to de-bottleneck challenges.
Requirement:
- Bachelor's Degree in engineering, supply chain, or any related qualification.
- Fresh Graduates are welcomed. Working or internship experience in project management in the e-commerce, supply chain or similar industry is a plus point.
- Result-driven and hands-on in solving ground operational issues.
- Analytical, detail-oriented and number-driven. Able to analyze data and derive relevant, data-backed insights.
- Communicate and work effectively with internal and external stakeholders, in both verbal and written form of communications.
- Proficient in using Google Suite (Google Sheets, Google Slides) and Microsoft Excel.
- Willing to commute and based in Bukit Raja, Klang.
- Fluency in BM and Mandarin is a plus point.
