We are looking for a dynamic and results‑driven Sales Manager to manage, nurture and grow our team of Account Managers/Sales Executives.

Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager to lead and manage our sales team. This role involves overseeing a team of salespeople, ensuring they meet their individual and team sales targets. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales management, strong leadership skills, and the ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.

Location: (Onsite) Damansara, Kuala Lumpur

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership and Development: Lead a team of salespeople by providing guidance and support. Conduct regular performance reviews and create development plans to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Sales Strategy and Target Achievement: Implement sales strategies to meet the company’s objectives. Monitor the team’s progress toward achieving sales targets and adjust strategies as needed to ensure success.
  • Performance Monitoring and Improvement: Track and analyze sales metrics, including conversion rates and sales activities. Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to optimize the sales process. Ensure all sales activities, such as calls, meetings, and emails, are conducted as per management guidelines.
  • Sales Process Management: Oversee the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals. Ensure a streamlined sales cycle and address any bottlenecks that may arise. Provide support to the sales team to close deals faster and more efficiently.
  • Client Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing and resolving any issues or complaints promptly.
  • Market and Competitor Analysis: Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities. Use this information to adjust sales strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
