Assistant Sales Manager supports the Sales Manager in driving vehicle sales performance, managing the sales team, and ensuring the achievement of monthly and annual sales targets for Proton vehicles. This role involves overseeing daily sales operations, coaching Sales Advisors, executing sales strategies, maintaining strong customer satisfaction, and ensuring compliance with Proton brand standards and company policies.

KEY RESPONSIBLE

Assist Sales Manager in achieving monthly and yearly sales targets

Monitor daily sales performance, bookings, deliveries, and pipeline activities

Support recruitment, onboarding and training of Sales Advisor

Conduct regular briefings, and product knowledge sessions

Ensure adherence to Proton sales processes, SOPs, and compliance requirement

Support team in delivering excellent customer experience from inquiry to delivery

Assist in planning and executing showroom events, roadshows, promotions, and digital campaigns.
