Vinals Bioscience (M) Sdn Bhd – Subang Jaya, Selangor

This is an exciting opportunity to join Vinals Bioscience (M) Sdn Bhd as a Sales Manager based in Subang Jaya, Selangor. We are seeking a results-driven Sales Manager to lead and grow our sales operations across cosmetic manufacturing (OEM/ODM), consumer products, and raw material distribution. This role will drive multinational expansion, manage diverse sales channels, and lead both B2B, B2C, and live-commerce teams, while ensuring alignment with GMP and regulatory requirements. This is a full-time position.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and international growth targets
  • Identify and secure new customers for OEM/ODM cosmetic manufacturing, branded products, and raw materials
  • Expand business globally through international trade fairs, distributors, and retail partners
  • Manage B2B and B2C channels, including raw material clients, contract manufacturers, and brand owners
  • Develop cross-border sales via platforms such as Amazon, Alibaba, Shopee, and other regional marketplaces
  • Lead and manage a live-commerce sales team (8–10 staff) across TikTok Live, Facebook Live, Shopee Live
  • Manage and grow key accounts, distributors, and strategic partners
  • Collaborate closely with Production, R&D, QA, Regulatory, and Supply Chain teams to ensure feasibility and compliance
  • Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and management reports
  • Track market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback
  • Represent the company at local and international trade shows, exhibitions, and client meetings
Requirements
  • Degree/Diploma in Business, Marketing, Science, or related field
  • 5–8 years of sales experience in cosmetic OEM/ODM, FMCG, or raw material distribution
  • Experience managing multinational or regional sales operations
  • Strong exposure to raw material sales and OEM/ODM cosmetic business is highly preferred
  • Proven experience with international distributors, e-commerce, and cross-border sales
  • Experience leading live-commerce or digital sales teams is a strong advantage
  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets and driving growth
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills
  • Willing to travel locally and overseas when required
