Job summary

A global market leader in security solutions is expanding into Malaysia and seeking an experienced APAC Sales Manager. In this role, you will represent data centres and other industry stakeholders to achieve business objectives. Responsibilities include developing key customer accounts and ensuring project fulfilment in the Asia Pacific region. A degree in civil engineering is required along with a proven sales record, preferably in critical infrastructure. Willingness to travel is essential.

Qualifications

  • Degree graduate in civil engineering or a similar qualification.
  • Proven track record in sales, with experience in critical infrastructure being an advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary representative to data centres and key stakeholders.
  • Achieve business objectives and customer commitments including financial, operational, and technical goals.
  • Identify and develop key customer accounts in infrastructure and government segments.

About the Job

As APAC Sales Manager, your responsibilities are, but not limited to, as below:

  • act as the primary representative to data centres and other key industry stakeholders in the target countries. (e.g. security consultants, design institutes, civil engineering companies, system integrators)
  • the market expert for our high-security perimeter systems for data centers to both internal and external parties
  • achieve business objectives and customer commitments, including financial goals (order value, revenue, gross margin), operational goals (delivery, quality), and technical goals (product and solution reliability)
  • identifying and developing key customer accounts in data centres, infrastructure and government segments ( energy,EPCs, oil & gas)
  • identify and develop project and distribution partners to enable solution selling and project fulfilment in the target countries
About the Manager/Team
  • Degree graduate in civil engineering or other similar qualification
  • Proven track record in sales, with experience or exposure in critical infrastructure/ industrial being an advantage
  • Experience managing project sales, working closely with stakeholders and liaising with key parties in the whole sale cycle
  • Result-driven individual, resource and continuously seeking for new challenge
  • Willing to travel interstate and within Asia Pacific region
