Account Manager /Sales - Job Scope
Overview
The Account Manager in Sales will be responsible for maintaining and expanding relationships with strategically important large customers. Assigned to three to five named customers, the Account Manager is responsible for achieving sales quota and assigned strategic account objectives.
Location: Klang Valley
Responsibilities
- Achieving sales planning/ target through territory assigned
- Identifying business/sales opportunity and promoting Byteering’s product line based on designed territory and trade segment
- Applying trade application knowledge to become solution provider to customers through onsite demo & user training
- Expanding sales coverage by acquiring new client and maintain good business relationship with existing clients to build up loyalty.
- Demo products and services in person, face-to-face, with customer
- Applying discipline sales execution towards customer development with planning annually/ monthly/ weekly/ daily activities with clear objectives to ensure productive sales calls
- To be expertise in handling customers' enquiries/complaints and provide ideal solution
- Sales forecasting and activities planning
- Preparing quotations and monitors progress of customer order and follows up to ensure customer satisfaction
- Introducing new product to market/ target customer
- Collaborate with a variety of departments (logistics, credit, marketing, technical services, and customer service etc)
- Attending to other ad-hoc matter or task as and when required by team leader
What we’re looking for
- 2–5 years of experience in sales development, business development, or project sales — ideally in construction, building materials, or B2B distribution.
- Fresh graduate is encouraged to apply.
- A proven track record of driving pipeline and winning accounts.
- Strong communicator who can balance professionalism with authenticity (whether on WhatsApp, at site meetings, or over kopi).
- Hungry to prove yourself, curious about construction innovation, and ready to take risk.
