Job summary
A leading technology company is launching a Fresh Graduate Program in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, seeking recent graduates for the role of Payroll Analyst. Successful candidates will take on responsibilities including payroll processing for multiple countries, ensuring accuracy and timely payments, and conducting analytical reviews of payroll transactions. Candidates should have a Bachelor's Degree in relevant fields and be able to work under pressure. Qualifications
- Fresh graduate who is going to graduate or has graduated in year 2025.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for monthly end to end payroll processing functions for one or more countries.
- Ensure all payrolls are computed accurately and paid timely.
- Ensure payroll processing is in accordance with established Global Processes and Compliance Control.
- Perform analytical reviews of payroll transactions to identify errors and drive compliance to payroll guidelines.
- Prepare and submit various payroll related report as per scheduled timelines.

Responsible for ensuring all payrolls are computed accurately and paid timely.
Responsible for ensuring payroll processing is in accordance with established Global Processes and
Compliance Control.
Responsible to perform analytical reviews of payroll transactions to identify errors anddrive compliance to payroll guidelines.
Responsible to prepare and submit various payroll related report as per scheduled timelines.
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies/ Administration/ Management/ Human Resource Management/ Finance/ Accountancy or other related fields.
Able to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
Position is offered by Huawei or Huawei's Service Provider.
