• Managing operational performance of the Company’s Manufacturing Division, which comprises of Production (Assembly and Toolshop), Procurement, Logistic and Store, Production Planning
• Contribute to the creation and implementation of best practice manufacturing vision, strategy, policies, processes and procedures to aid and improve operational performance
• Oversees and manages the entire manufacturing operations, including safety and facility issues.
• Effectively and efficiently manage the production of the required daily/weekly/monthly targets in line with customer specifications, meeting quality and delivery expectations, minimizing costs where possible and ensure the required best working practices are maintained at all times
• Capable to analyze, strategize, formulate and implement manufacturing operation plan, to lead and to achieve objectives and targets set by the company.
• Responsible for planning and execution of manufacturing and distribution plans to meet customers' requirements for product quality, cost and delivery timeliness.
• Drive process improvement on machine Overall Equipment Efficiency (OEE)
• Manage and supervise the production floor employees to meet production output and productivity target
• Set manufacturing department objectives/KPIs, review and assess ongoing performance of direct reports
• Accountable for company's manufacturing capability, competency, capacity and meeting or exceed KPIs set
• Drive continuous improvement program such as KAIZEN, Lean and 5S in the manufacturing operations.
• Recommend and implement new technologies, system and machinery to stay competitive and meet market demand.
• Oversees and manages organization’s supply chain (technical) including procurement of raw materials, tooling, vendor management etc. to meet the manufacturing requirement.

• Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• Min 10 years hands-on experience in manufacturing industry with proven supervisory and management experience
• Experience in handling high mix low volume manufacturing environment
• Technical experience in precision machining will be an added advantage
• Technical understanding and knowledge about KAIZEN, LEAN manufacturing, ISO9001, supply chain management
• A mature team player and able to work independently.
• Competent in problem solving, team building, planning and decision making
• Technical knowledge about precision machining (CNC, EDM, Wirecut, Lasercut)
• Leadership, management and organizational skills
