Qualificações
- 15+ years experience in plantation or agricultural operations.
- 5+ years in a senior management or leadership role.

- Ensure alignment of activities with Company’s Vision and sustainability objectives.
- Lead annual budgeting, resource planning and cost optimisation.
- Mentor and train the operational staff for high performance.
- Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
- Identify opportunities for operational improvements and technology adoption.
- Drive continuous improvement in production processes.

This position provides strategic leadership and operational oversight of the Company's estates, mill and poultry operations. The role ensures efficient, productive and compliant operations while meeting financial and performance targets and drives continuous improvement to support sustainable growth and operational excellence.
- Strategic and Operational Leadership: ensure alignment of operational activities with the Company's Vision & Mission and sustainability objectives.
- Lead annual budgeting, resource planning and cost optimisation across all operational units.
- People Leadership and Development: lead, mentor and train the operations staff to build a high‑performing workforce.
- Ensure clear communication, team alignment and adherence to operational SOPs.
- Governance, Compliance and Stakeholder Management: ensure full compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements, including MSPO, environmental and occupational safety standards.
- Oversee documentation, reporting and audit readiness for operational units.
- Business Improvement and Innovation: identify opportunities for operational improvements, cost reduction and technology adoption.
- Lead new projects, expansion initiatives and sustainability programmes.
- Drive continuous improvement in agronomy, milling and poultry production processes.
- Bachelor's Degree in Agriculture, Plantation Management, Agribusiness or related field.
- Master's degree (MBA) is an added advantage.
- Minimum 15 years of experience in plantation or agricultural operations, with at least 5 years in a senior management or leadership role.
- Experience in poultry operations is an added advantage.
