You will be joining a global Human Resource team supporting our managers and employees in the Kuala Lumpur office. A passion for developing our workforce with a focus on our people and culture promotes relationships based on confidence and credibility. Passion for the energy industry and a forward-thinking mindset are the cornerstones to thriving in this role.
You bring at least 3 to 5 years of related experience as a Human Resource Manager who can lead and execute the full spectrum of HR functions for the Kuala Lumpur office. This role requires a strong HR generalist with hands‑on operational skills and strategic advisory capability. The HR Manager partners with the local management team and global HR to drive organisational effectiveness, ensure compliance with Malaysian labor law, and create an engaging and positive workplace culture.
