Job Responsibilities

Lead the implementation of performance management systems and ensure smooth execution of all related processes.

Oversee HR operations ensuring full compliance with HR policies, procedures, and employment legislation.

Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and exits.

Ensure performance appraisals and development conversations are completed on time.

Payroll Management

Oversee end-to-end payroll processing to ensure accurate and timely salary disbursement.

Review and benchmark compensation structures to maintain market competitiveness.

Address payroll discrepancies promptly and ensure issues are resolved efficiently.

Learning & Development

Identify training needs across all departments.

Develop annual training plans and oversee program execution.

Support employee career growth and succession planning initiatives.

Industrial Relations (IR)

Manage employee grievances, disciplinary issues, disputes, and terminations in compliance with labor laws and internal policies.

Represent the company in IR-related negotiations, conciliations, and legal proceedings when required.

Compliance & Employee Relations

Ensure HR activities comply with local labor regulations and organizational policies.

Build and maintain strong employee relations to promote a positive, engaged work environment across outlets.

Lead engagement and retention initiatives for all corporate staff.

HR Reporting & Analytics

Ensure HRIS and employee records meet audit and compliance standards.

Track, analyze, and report key HR metrics (e.g., turnover, absenteeism, payroll costs) to management.

Identify trends, highlight areas for improvement, and recommend actions to enhance HR operational efficiency.

Monitor HR KPIs and develop proactive strategies to address emerging issues.

HR Budget Management

Consolidate data for employee-related budgets, headcount costs, and HR expenditures.

Oversee employee benefits programs, including insurance and allowances.

Job Requirements
