Job summary
An international marketing technology company in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a diligent office manager to oversee recruitment tasks and manage employee onboarding processes. The ideal candidate must have strong communication skills and be able to maintain a clean office environment while organizing supplies and monitoring attendance. Any proficiency in Mandarin is considered an added advantage. This role offers a salary range of RM 3,500 - RM 4,500+ and a Monday to Friday work schedule.
Qualifications
- Must be able to communicate effectively in Malaysia; Mandarin is a plus.
- Proven communication and execution skills are essential.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution capabilities required.
Responsibilities
- Manage recruitment tasks including resume screening and interview scheduling.
- Oversee employee onboarding processes and maintain employment records.
- Ensure cleanliness and order in the office environment.
- Organize and maintain office supplies and report requirements.
- Monitor attendance and manage leave records for employees.
- Plan team-building activities to enhance team cohesion.

Working Hours : Mon - Fri, 10am - 7pm
Salary Range : RM 3,500 - RM 4,500+
- Primary responsibility for recruitment tasks (resume screening, interview scheduling).
- Managing employee onboarding processes, including the maintenance of employee records.
- Office environment management, ensuring cleanliness in both personal and common areas.
- Organizing office supplies and reporting the requirements for office essentials.
- Keeping records of office supplies and fixed assets.
- Ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of utilities such as water, electricity, and the network.
- Attendance management, which includes maintaining records of employee leave, annual leave usage, verifying employee attendance (clock-in records), and reminding employees to make up for missed punches, among other tasks.
- Planning team-building activities.
- Basic Malaysia speaking, Mandarin speaker is an added advantage.
- Strong communication and execution skills, excellent copywriting skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
