Job summary
A leading IT consulting firm in Selangor is seeking an Event Coordinator for a 3-day assignment. The candidate will be responsible for planning and managing events, coordinating logistics, and ensuring smooth execution. Ideal candidates should be fluent in English and possess strong communication skills. The payment is RM50 per day for the event dates of November 3-5, 2025.

This is a full-time on-site role for an Event Coordinator (3-Day Assignment) located in Selangor, Malaysia. The Event Coordinator will be responsible for planning and managing events, coordinating with vendors and clients, overseeing event logistics, and ensuring smooth event execution. The Event Coordinator will also handle customer service and communication with all stakeholders involved in the event.

- Day 1: Heritage Valley, 6 Jalan Medan Tuanku Utama, KL
- Day 2: JioSpace, Lot 1 Jalan 19/1b, Seksyen 19, Petaling Jaya
- Day 3: Zepp Kuala Lumpur, BBCC, Jalan Hang Tuah
We’re looking for a proactive and well-spoken Event Coordinator to assist during our 3-day event. You’ll help with on-site coordination, guest registration, and ensuring each day runs smoothly. You should be comfortable interacting with startups, partners, and attendees confidently.
- Fluent in English (spoken & written)
- Articulate and confident in presenting or explaining startup-related content
- Punctual and well-organized
- Friendly and professional communication style
RM50 per day
Kuala Lumpur & Petaling Jaya (based on event day)
