A reputable company in Pahang, Malaysia is seeking an HR professional to manage employee relations and support workforce initiatives. The candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in HR and at least 5 years of experience in employee lifecycle management.   • Manage the full employee lifecycle from recruitment to performance reviews.
  • Conduct orientation and training sessions.
  • Develop and manage employee relations programs.
  • Act as first point of contact for workplace concerns.
  • Maintain records of disciplinary actions.
  • Conduct exit interviews and analyze root causes.

Your Responsibilities
Employee Relations (ER)
  • To establish ER processes, workflows, procedures and policies and guidelines.
  • To manage the full employee lifecycle from recruitment, onboarding to performance reviews.
  • To conduct orientation, induction and work-scope trainings and awareness sessions whenever required (i.e. manage the HRDF system, update and manage data in HR software & ensure the required work competency cards and certs are documented and updated at all times).
  • To develop, implement and manage employee relations programme and initiatives to promote a positive workplace environment.
Industrial Relations (IR)
  • To act as first point of contact for employees regarding workplace concerns, grievances and conflict resolutions.
  • Maintain records of disciplinary actions, warning letters and domestic inquiries in accordance with company policies.
  • Conduct exit interviews, identify root causes and submit periodic analysis reports.
General HR related
  • Assist in the ISO related documents & initiatives.
  • Assist in foreign workforce coordination & management when required.
