Your Role as a Communications Executive

You’ll be the voice behind the cause — creating powerful conversations with the public and inspiring them to support life‑changing missions through monthly giving.

Responsibilities:

Represent leading global NGOs at events, malls, and other public locations

Share compelling stories and messages to drive public engagement

Inspire and secure regular donors who want to make a difference

Collaborate with your team and leaders to meet campaign targets

Participate in weekly training to sharpen your communication and strategy

What We Offer You

Fast-Track Career Progression- Grow into Senior Executive or Team Leader roles in just 3–6 months

Global Exposure - Opportunities to travel and work in New York, London, or other international offices

Work-Life Balance - Less than 40 hour work week, but still paid for 40 hours (contingent on business needs)

RM2,100 basic + RM700 full attendance + RM1,000–RM4,000/month in commissions
