Skills
Employment Type: Part-time
(with potential conversion to full-time; priority given to candidates aiming for full-time conversion)
Working Hours:
- Working schedule: 5 days per week, typically 9:00 am – 6:00 pm (with one hour break)
- Payment for part-timers will be RM100/day
- Working days are not fixed and will be arranged by the Head of Department (May include weekends if required)
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive individual to support our influencer (KOL) sourcing efforts, with a strong focus on Chinese social media platforms. This role is highly executional and hands-on, ideal for someone who is fluent in Chinese and deeply familiar with how influencers operate on Chinese platforms.
- Scroll Chinese social media with purpose (Xiaohongshu/RED, Douyin, Weibo, Bilibili, etc.)
- Find and shortlist KOLs/influencers that match our needs
- Check follower count, engagement, content quality (not just vibes)
- Update influencer info neatly in a simple spreadsheet
- Help build a solid KOL list for upcoming campaigns
- Stay on top of trends, viral content, and rising creators
- Fresh grads, or part-timers – all welcome
- Candidates who are interested in converting to full-time will be prioritized
- Can read & write Chinese (must-have; speaking is a bonus)
- Very familiar with Xiaohongshu/RED and Chinese social platforms
- Active on social media (you already scroll a lot – now make it useful)
- Detail-oriented (accuracy matters)
- Responsible, fast learner, and not afraid of a fast-paced environment
- No experience needed – we’ll train you
- Short training/trial period (a few days)
- Strong performance and mutual interest may lead to conversion into a full-time role
