A dynamic technology firm is seeking a Customer Support Executive proficient in Japanese (monolingual or bilingual) to assist customers from Japan. This full-time role is based in Ara Damansara and involves handling customer inquiries via phone and chat. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a customer-centric attitude, as well as a willingness to work rotational shifts.
