- Greet and welcome clients and visitors to the centre.
- Manage incoming phone calls, emails, and messages.
- Schedule appointments and maintain a comprehensive booking system.
- Provide administrative support including filing and data entry.
- Maintain a tidy and well-presented reception area.
Skills
We are seeking a friendly and responsible Center Receptionist to join our team at Greyspace Mental Health Services' office in Petaling Jaya, Selangor. As a full-time or part-time receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing customer service and administrative support to ensure the smooth running of our mental health centre.
- Greeting and welcoming clients and visitors to the centre in a warm and professional manner
- Answering and managing incoming phone calls, emails and messages, directing enquiries to the appropriate team members
- Scheduling appointments, payments and maintaining a comprehensive booking system
- Providing administrative support, such as filing, photocopying and data entry
- Maintaining a tidy and well‑presented reception area
- Assisting with other general office duties as required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with clients from diverse backgrounds
- Ability to communicate in English, BM & Chinese would be a plus
- Excellent organisational and time‑management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
- Proficient in using office equipment and computer software, such as Microsoft Office & Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar, Drive)
- A friendly, approachable and professional demeanour
- A keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of service
Full Time: Mon – Fri, 10am – 7pm (Fresh grads & retiree’s are welcome!)
Part Time: Sat, Sun, PH, 10am – 7pm (Suitable for students looking for extra pay)
