A leading human resources firm in Gombak is seeking an experienced HR professional with 2 to 5 years' experience. The ideal candidate must possess a Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management or Business Administration and have strong communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin. Familiarity with Malaysian Employment Act and statutory requirements is essential. Responsibilities include handling payroll, monitoring KPIs, and managing HR documentation. Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Able to speak in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
2 to 5 years of working experience in Human Resources.
Good knowledge of Malaysian Employment Act and statutory requirements (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, LHDN).
Experience handling CP22, CP22A, CP8D, Form E, and LHDN submissions.
Familiar with payroll processing, leave tracking, and HR documentation.
Able to monitor and follow up on staff KPI submissions and performance.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good attention to detail and able to handle confidential information.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel); knowledge of HR systems is a plus.
Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
