Descripción de la vacante
A leading manufacturing firm in Selangor seeks an experienced HR Manager to oversee payroll, compliance, and recruitment processes. The candidate must have a degree in Human Resource Management and at least five years of experience in a manufacturing environment. Responsibilities include preparing HR documentation, maintaining staff records, and coordinating employee training. Exceptional knowledge of the Employment Act and strong understanding of HR policies are essential for this role.

Handle payroll including attendance, leave management, and salary.
Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (EPF, SOCSO, LHDN and HRDC).
Prepare HR-related documentation and correspondence.
Compile and update monthly HR reports.
Coordinate and arrange training for employees.
Manage annual performance appraisals.
Maintain staff records and update the employee database.

Responsibilities

Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (EPF, SOCSO, LHDN and HRDC).
Prepare HR‑related correspondence and documentation with careful attention to legal requirements and HR practice such as employment contracts, confirmations, warnings, and terminations.
Compile and update monthly HR reports as required by management.
Handle recruitment processes, including advertisement and interview arrangements.
Coordinate and arrange training for employees.
Manage annual performance appraisals.
Maintain staff records, update employee database and keep proper filing of all documents.
Qualifications
Good knowledge of the Employment Act and at least five years of relevant experience in a manufacturing plant.
Minimum degree in Human Resource Management or a related field.
Strong understanding of HR policies and procedures.
