A prominent human resources agency is seeking a Human Resource Officer in Iskandar Puteri, Malaysia. The role involves various HR activities including talent acquisition, employee relations, compensation and benefits management, and training coordination. The ideal candidate will manage onboarding processes, document grievances, and oversee employee engagement initiatives. Strong organizational and communication skills are crucial for success in this position.
This role shall carrying out the daily activities of the Human Resource Office including talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, employee engagement and welfare, industrial relations, performance management as well as learning and development.
Recruitment - Hiring, Interviewing, reference checking
Employee Matters & Relations - Onboarding & Offboarding,
Employee Engagement/Relations - Staff welfare, monitoring medical and hospitalization insurance process, staff uniform etc
Industrial Relations - Documentations, Grievances, Disciplinary process and procedures etc
Compensation & Benefit - Market Survey on hotels benefit remunerations surveys, Payroll attendance checking, monitoring staff lockers, socso claims etc
Training - orientation, plan and arrange the training, HRDF claims etc
General office administrative - Handling Employee Database, P-File, ordering and payment of invoice, maintain the office supply.
