RCT POWER ENERGY (MALAYSIA) SDN. BHD. is seeking an experienced IT Specialist to join our team in Perai, Penang. As a full-time IT Specialist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality IT support and technical assistance to our employees, ensuring the smooth operation of our technology infrastructure.

What you'll be doing
  • Providing first-line IT support and troubleshooting for a variety of hardware and software issues
  • Assisting with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer systems, networks, and peripherals
  • Responding to IT-related inquiries and requests in a timely and efficient manner
  • Documenting and tracking IT incidents and resolutions
  • Collaborating with the IT team to identify and implement process improvements
  • Providing training and guidance to end-users on the effective use of IT systems and applications
What we're looking for
  • Relevant experience in an IT support or IT specialist role, preferably in the Information & Communication Technology industry
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly identify and resolve technical issues
  • Proficient in the use of common office productivity software, such as Microsoft Office suite
  • Good understanding of computer hardware, software, and networking concepts with minimum 3 years experience.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users and spoke with mandarin language is more advantages.
  • Proactive and self-motivated, with a keen interest in staying up-to-date with the latest IT trends and technologies
