As a full-time IT Specialist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality IT support and technical assistance to our employees, ensuring the smooth operation of our technology infrastructure.
- Providing first-line IT support and troubleshooting for a variety of hardware and software issues
- Assisting with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer systems, networks, and peripherals
- Responding to IT-related inquiries and requests in a timely and efficient manner
- Documenting and tracking IT incidents and resolutions
- Collaborating with the IT team to identify and implement process improvements
- Providing training and guidance to end-users on the effective use of IT systems and applications
- Relevant experience in an IT support or IT specialist role, preferably in the Information & Communication Technology industry
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly identify and resolve technical issues
- Proficient in the use of common office productivity software, such as Microsoft Office suite
- Good understanding of computer hardware, software, and networking concepts with minimum 3 years experience.
