A leading food management company in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an experienced HR manager to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals. The role encompasses employee relations, compensation management, and compliance with labor laws. The ideal candidate should have proven experience in HR strategy development and talent acquisition. Develop, implement & improve HR strategies, policies, and initiatives aligned with overall business goals.
Provide strategic HR advisory to Management to support organizational growth, culture and performance.
Lead workforce planning in coordination with business units to ensure talent needs are forecasted and met.
Promote a positive work culture through engagement programs, grievance handling, and communication initiatives.
Manage disciplinary actions and domestic inquiries ensuring adherence to labor laws and best practices.
Maintain good relationships with employees and external HR-related stakeholders (e.g., JTK, PERKESO, EPF, LHDN).
Design and manage competitive compensation and benefits structures based on market benchmarking and internal equity.
Oversee annual salary review, bonus planning, and promotion exercises.
Ensure compliance with statutory contributions.
Manage day-to-day HR operations, including payroll, HRIS, employee records, and leave management.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, HR policies, and statutory regulations.
Lead internal audits and support HR‑related corporate governance requirements.
Manage attendance, OT, public holidays, rest days and shift allowances.
Support change management initiatives and company transformation programs.
Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion practices and promote a high‑performance culture.
Lead employee engagement surveys and drive action plans to address identified gaps.
Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, candidate selection, interviews, and onboarding.
