Job summary

A leading HR Services Provider in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an experienced HR professional to assist in coordinating department operations. Qualifications

Job description
Responsibilities
  • Assist the HR Supervisor in coordinating daily department operations; familiar with and responsible for recruitment, onboarding, contract management, attendance, payroll & benefits, and training.
  • Independently manage 1–2 HR functional areas such as recruitment or payroll & attendance, including planning, execution, and process optimization.
  • Help establish and refine HR policies, procedures, and document templates to improve standardization and implementation.
  • Guide and support junior staff in handling routine HR matters and gradually take on supervisory and coordination duties.
  • Consolidate and analyze HR data such as headcount, turnover, work hours, and labor costs for management reporting.
  • Support the superior in handling government reporting, compliance, and employee grievance matters.
  • Participate in corporate culture development, employee engagement, activity planning, and cross‑departmental communication.
  • Carry out other duties assigned by the HR Supervisor or management.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Human Resource Management, Administration, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • At least 3 years of HR work experience; preference for those with mid‑sized company or manufacturing/project‑based background.
  • Familiar with the six key HR modules and hands‑on experience in areas such as recruitment, compensation, attendance, performance, training, and employee relations.
  • Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and HR systems, with strong data handling and reporting skills.
  • Detail‑oriented, responsible, and a team player with strong communication and coordination skills.
  • Possess strategic thinking and business understanding; willing to grow into a deputy supervisor or functional lead role.
  • Preferred: experience in managing foreign workers, visa processing, and Malaysian labor law compliance (if applicable).
