Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to understand target audiences, competitors, and industry trends.
- Collaborate with internal teams to define campaign goals, objectives, and KPIs.
- Implement digital marketing strategies across various channels (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn) to drive brand awareness and lead generation.
- Monitor, analyze, and optimize the performance of digital marketing campaigns using tools like Google Analytics to ensure maximum ROI.
- Utilize SEO best practices to improve website content and visibility.
- Develop and manage content calendars for newsletters, emails, and EDM that align with overall campaign goals.
- Write and design high-quality, engaging content that maintains brand consistency and drives audience engagement.
- Lead the content production process, from ideation to execution, including design and video editing when necessary.
- Create compelling narratives and case studies showcasing participants' success stories to inspire and motivate the organization's community.
- Develop strategies to foster active engagement and participation within the Leadapreneur community.
- Create and manage interactive content that encourages collaboration and knowledge sharing among participants.
- Respond to community inquiries and feedback, promoting a positive and inclusive atmosphere.
- Build strong relationships with clients, particularly in banking and finance, to encourage deeper community involvement.
Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Min.3-5 years of experience in digital marketing or a related role, focusing on content production and community engagement.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content and inspire audiences.
- Proficiency in project management tools and digital marketing platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, social media schedulers, email marketing platforms).
- Experience with tools like Canva
