Job summary
A reputable private hospital in Seremban is looking for a dedicated Registered Staff Nurse to join their clinical team. The candidate will deliver high-quality nursing care while adhering to patient safety and ethical standards in accordance with Ministry of Health guidelines. A Diploma or Degree in Nursing, along with registration with Lembaga Jururawat Malaysia (LJM), is mandatory. This role requires strong communication skills and a caring attitude, with additional certifications viewed favorably. The salary is RM4,000, negotiable based on experience and post-basic qualifications.
Qualifications
- Registered with Lembaga Jururawat Malaysia (LJM).
- Computer literate and comfortable with clinical systems.
- Post-Basic Certification in areas such as ICU, Dialysis, or Paediatrics is advantageous.
Responsibilities
- Provide high standards of nursing care to patients.
- Deliver patient-centred care respecting individual beliefs.
- Ensure adherence to Patient Safety Goals and MOH clinical standards.
- Document nursing care and patient progress accurately.
- Collaborate with doctors and healthcare teams.
- Perform all other duties expected of a Registered Staff Nurse.

We are representing a reputable private hospital in Seremban seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Staff Nurse to join their clinical team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality nursing care while upholding patient safety, professionalism, and ethical standards in line with Ministry of Health (MOH) guidelines.
- Provide high standards of nursing care to patients in accordance with hospital policies and procedures
- Deliver patient-centred care with respect to patients’ spiritual, cultural, and individual beliefs
- Ensure strict adherence to Patient Safety Goals and MOH clinical standards
- Accurately document nursing care and patient progress using hospital systems
- Collaborate effectively with doctors and multidisciplinary healthcare teams
- Perform all other duties expected of a Registered Staff Nurse Practitioner
- Diploma or Degree in Nursing from a recognized institution
- Registered with Lembaga Jururawat Malaysia (LJM)
- Post-Basic Certification (e.g. ICU, Dialysis, Paediatrics, OT, etc.) is an added advantage
- Computer literate and comfortable with basic clinical systems
- Strong communication skills and a caring, professional attitude
