Obtains report from the team she is relieving and record sufficient information to implement appropriate follow-up action as required.

Plans and executes Nursing Care for her patients with team members according to individual Patient’s needs.

Administers and documents all medications, enteral nutrition, parenteral nutrition and treatment as per Doctor’s orders.

Assists the Medical Practitioner with ward rounds, interviewing patients, examining patients and initiate treatment required.

Carries out emergency resuscitation procedure in the absence of Medical Staff.

Makes professional judgement and decisions about nursing care.

Carries out specialists' order in accordance to established standards of nursing practices, policies, and procedures.

Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary team members, providing physical and psychological support to patients and families.

Able to evaluate patient condition accurately for timely intervention of care and treatment.

Job Requirements

Diploma in Nursing or equivalent.

At least 1 or 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Possess Post Basic will be added advantage for senior position.

Competent in Nursing Care.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Enthusiastic and self-motivated.
