Manage daily operations of the IVF & OT unit, ensuring safety and efficiency.

Supervise and guide nursing staff, promoting high-quality patient care.

Oversee specialized procedures such as IVF, ovum collection, embryo transfer, IUI, and surgeries.

Collaborate with doctors and fertility specialists on patient care plans.

Monitor unit supplies, equipment, and budget for smooth operations.

Ensure infection control, patient safety, and hospital policies are followed.

Prepare staff schedules, leave plans, and support professional development.

Handle incidents, complaints, and improvements in line with hospital procedures.

Keep senior management informed of unit updates and team performance.

Minimum degree in Nursing (Registered Nurse).

Minimum 8 years of relevant nursing experience, preferably in a hospital or IVF / Operating Theatre setting.

Holding a valid Annual Practicing Certificate (APC) for nursing practice.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Excellent communication in English (Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin are a plus).

Honest, professional, and approachable personality.

Ability to handle multiple priorities and ensure high‑quality patient care.
