Job summary

A leading HR firm in Petaling Jaya is seeking an experienced HR professional to manage the recruitment process, maintain employee records, and handle payroll matters. The ideal candidate should have a diploma in Human Resource Management and at least 2 years of relevant experience. Candidates must possess strong organizational and communication skills and be familiar with Malaysia's labor laws. A competitive salary package is provided based on experience.

Job description

The Clearwater Group – Damansara, Selangor

Manage the recruitment process for the company which includes screening, shortlisting, coordination and arrangement of interviews; collaborate with departmental managers to understand skills and competencies required for openings.

To handle reference / background check for pre-employment of new staff.

Maintain employee records, including personal information, attendance and leave records in organized and confidential manner.

To prepare all related HR document i.e.: offer letter / confirmation / promotion / increment / transfer of staff / resignation acceptance etc.

Ensure the compliance of Company Handbook & Policies with the Malaysian Employment Act and recommend best practices.

Preparation and processing of staff salaries, statutory and other payroll-related matters; liaise with statutory government bodies such as KWSP, PERKESO, LHDN, HRDCorp etc.

Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries, providing guidance and support on HR-related matters.

Handle employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures.

Assist in ad-hoc duties as and when required by the management.

Job Requirements

Candidate should possess at least aDiploma inHuman Resource Management/Business Administration or equivalent.

Minimum 2 years relevant experience in Human Resource.

Possess good computer literacy with Microsoft and HR related tools (MS Office and HR System).

Familiar with Malaysia's labour laws and regulations.

Excellent organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize important tasks.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written i.e. through phone, e-mail and in-person).

Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.

Responsible, trustworthy and possess the right attitude and aptitude to learn and improve company's HR processes.

Package

Basic salary of RM2,800 - RM3,800 (depending on experience)
