Job summary

A reputable manufacturing company in Johor is looking for an HR Executive to oversee payroll processing, recruitment, and compliance with government regulations. The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management and have more than 2 years of relevant experience. Responsibilities include managing employee records, ensuring timely payroll processing, and liaising with government agencies. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

  • Candidate must have a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
  • Experience of more than 2 years is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.

Responsibilities

  • Handle payroll processing and liaise with payroll vendors.
  • Manage manpower planning, recruitment, and compensation.
  • Administer personnel transactions including promotions and transfers.
  • Monitor employee leave and conduct job appraisals.
  • Ensure compliance with HR statutory requirements.

Job description

Responsible in handling payroll, to ensure payroll records are updated, processed timely correctly, liaising with payroll vendor, as well as to ensure that all the government regulations on payroll related matters are complied with.

Responsible in manpower planning, recruitment & selection, compensation &benefits, training and industrial relation matters.

Responsible in the administration of personnel transactions covering group insurance administration, employees transfer, promotions, employment change status and etc.

Responsible to monitor employee leave and employee attendance, probationary employee and conducting job appraisal for employment confirmation

Liaise with relevant government agencies on HR statutory requirements, and ensuring full compliance to statutory requirements

Integrated Pest Management (IPM).

Assist in OSHA to ensuring a safe workplace by following safety standards, creating safety policies, and training employees include the maintaining a clean and well‑ventilated environment, keeping emergency exits clear, and providing proper safety equipment and training.

Job Requirement:

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent

Preferably candidate with more than 2 years experience.

Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Have courage and curiosity to manage the different challenges in day to day job

Able to work in fast paced environment
