A leading recruitment agency in Malaysia is looking for a key accounts manager to handle important client accounts and ensure their satisfaction. Responsibilities include managing relationships with high traffic outlets, organizing meetings, and strategizing to improve client results. Qualifications

Responsibilities
- Manage key accounts and act as the primary point of contact for clients.
- Organize regular client meetings and identify new potential customers.
- Monitor and report on sales performance analytics.

Education
The key accounts position is responsible for handling the most important clients’ accounts for our company.
- Manage key accounts (High Traffic Outlets: Billion, Nirwana, Tunas Manja, Segi, The Store, Econsave, Popular, etc).
- Act as the point of contact for clients.
- Organize regular client meetings to discuss their requirements.
- Identify new potential customers.
- Ensure budget and time requirements are met.
- Stay up to date with new features and product launches.
- Monitor and report on sales performance analytics.
- Suggest innovative ideas to increase sales and improve customer experience.
- Strategic planning to improve client results.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field.
- Additional education or experience may be preferred.
- Comprehensive and current knowledge of company offerings and industry trends.
- The drive and energy to manage multiple accounts while looking for new opportunities.
- Ability to understand client needs and handle the negotiation process.
- Strong time management skills.
- Self‑motivated & result orientated.
- Candidate must be willing to be based in Subang Jaya, Selangor.
