We are seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer - Solar to join our dynamic team at SOL POWER ENGINEERING SDN. BHD. As an Electrical Engineer - Solar, you will play a crucial role in the design, installation, and maintenance of our innovative solar power systems, offering the opportunity to work on cutting‑edge renewable energy projects.

• Design and implement solar PV systems (layout, SLD, wiring diagrams, and specifications).
• Conduct site visits, perform calculations, and feasibility analyses.
• Prepare technical documentation, drawings, and tender submissions.
• Supervise installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting of solar systems.
• Provide technical and sales support to clients.
• Conduct technical training for customers and subcontractors.
• Assist in supply‑chain and logistics coordination.

• Prepare mechanical designs, tender documents, calculations, and technical reports.
• Liaise with clients, authorities, and internal departments for project coordination.
• Supervise and monitor daily site operations to ensure smooth project execution.
• Review design drawings, specifications, and contractor submissions for compliance.
• Follow ISO procedures for documentation and quality control.
• Attend meetings and support directors and team members throughout project stages.

• Degree in Electrical Engineering and Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the solar energy industry.
• Strong knowledge of electrical/mechanical systems, including power generation, distribution, and control.
• Proficiency in designing, installing, and maintaining solar PV systems.
• Familiarity with relevant electrical codes, safety standards, and industry regulations.
• Excellent problem‑solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Willing to travel and able to relocate based on project.
