We are seeking experienced Senior Mechanical Engineers / Engineers (HVAC) to join our dynamic team at QES Technical Services Sdn Bhd. This is a full-time role based in Selangor. As a Senior Mechanical Engineer or Engineer (HVAC), you will play a crucial role in the design, installation, and maintenance of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems for our diverse range of clients.

• Designing and developing energy-efficient HVAC systems that meet client requirements and comply with industry standards and regulations
• Overseeing the installation and commissioning of HVAC systems, ensuring they are functioning correctly and efficiently
• Conducting regular maintenance and troubleshooting on existing HVAC systems to identify and resolve any issues
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams, such as project managers and construction crews, to ensure seamless project delivery
• Providing technical expertise and advice to clients, helping them make informed decisions about their HVAC requirements
• Staying up-to-date with the latest HVAC technologies, industry trends, and best practices
• Mentoring and training junior engineers to develop their skills and knowledge

• A degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in the design, installation, and maintenance of HVAC systems
• Strong understanding of HVAC principles, equipment, and system integration
• Proficiency in using HVAC design software and tools
• Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities
