UCT is looking for a talented Mechanical Engineer III to join us in Malaysia!

• Oversee all technological processes, including machining and finishing.
• Control and improve technologies from development stage to mass production.
• Provide solutions to the production department for process-related challenges.
• Take a central role in technological aspects such as tooling fixtures, machines, and accessories.
• Sustain overall technology quality and initiate continuous improvement activities.

• Fluent English with strong communication abilities, capable of managing projects in a global company.
• Proven managerial experience in machining processes, tooling, fixture design, and finishing processes (e.g., mechanical polishing).
• Skilled in implementing and monitoring work routines.
• Ability to interpret mechanical drawings and apply GD&T principles.
• Experience in managing engineers and leading technical teams.
• Ambitious, detail-oriented, self‑motivated, and able to work independently under pressure.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (required).
• Master’s degree in Business Administration (advantage).
• Familiarity with semiconductor industry standards and specifications.
• Experience with CAD/CAM systems and CNC machining.
• Extensive knowledge of metallurgy and metrology.
• Background in electro polishing, orbital welding, AFM, and other stainless‑steel surface treatments.
• Master’s degree in business administration.
