The Group Product team builds and scales shared platforms that power GFG’s brand partner growth across LATAM, SEA and ANZ.
The Global Discovery & Personalisation tech product, Datajet, provides personalised, flexible, and powerful search & recommendations services used across all continents by millions of users.
As the Product Lead for Datajet - our global discovery and personalisation platform, you will define and drive the platform strategy and long-term roadmap, ensuring Datajet scales globally and delivers meaningful impact for our brands and customers.
You will establish shared global KPIs and measurement frameworks, connecting customer problems and product outcomes to business strategy and multi-region needs. You’ll use these as levers to deliver strategic goals and ensure consistency, stability, reliability and scalability of the core search and personalisation platform across all regions.
You will partner with Data Science, Engineering, Data and Product teams on capability design and innovation, foster a culture of continuous discovery and innovation within the product teams; ensure high-quality product delivery, adhering to industry best practices and standards; builds strong cross regional culture of trust and transparency,
