Job summary

A leading Malaysian company is seeking a candidate to manage sales operations including preparing sales quotes and handling customer inquiries. The ideal candidate should possess a diploma or degree and have at least 3 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia is essential, alongside strong skills in Microsoft Excel. This role involves coordination with various departments to ensure timely delivery and optimize sales processes.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years’ related working experience.
  • Mature, independent, and able to work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and manage sales quotations, invoices, purchase orders, and contracts.
  • Maintain customer databases, sales records, and CRM updates.
  • Coordinate with logistics, finance, and operations to ensure timely delivery.
  • Monitor and control inventory levels at the third-party warehouse.
  • Track sales orders from start to completion and resolve issues or delays.
  • Generate sales reports, forecasts, and performance summaries.
  • Handle calls, emails, and customer inquiries professionally.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain proper documentation.
  • Assist with sales meetings, presentations, and marketing materials.
  • Provide administrative support to the sales team.
  • Prepare reports as requested by management.
