• Proven sales experience in interior design, construction, or related fields.
• Candidates must possess at least Diploma
• Fluency in Mandarin (spoken and written) is required; proficiency in English is a plus.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of interior design and renovation processes.
• Strong network of contacts within the industry is preferred.
• Goal-oriented, proactive, and customer-focused attitude.

Responsibility

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the interior design and renovation sectors.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, architects, contractors, and industry partners.
• Present our interior design and renovation packages confidently in Mandarin.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and negotiate contracts.
• Follow up on leads and maintain ongoing relationships to ensure repeat business.
• Work closely with design and project teams to meet client expectations.
