A leading real estate firm in Subang Jaya is seeking an experienced sales professional to engage with leads and manage the sales process. You will follow up with prospects, conduct property viewings, and provide expert advice to clients. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of experience in real estate, is fluent in English and Malay, and possesses a proactive attitude. The role requires weekend work and a commitment to achieving sales targets.
Engage with leads provided fully by the company's marketing team — no personal ad spend required.
Follow up with prospects, conduct viewings, and present property offerings to drive sales conversions.
Manage the full sales process from initial contact to deal closure, including paperwork and financing guidance.
Provide feedback on lead quality to help marketing improve targeting and campaign effectiveness.
Stay well-informed on property details and market trends to deliver accurate advice to clients.
Participate in exhibitions, events, and open houses to build networks and support brand visibility.
Minimum 2 years of experience in the real estate industry, with proven expertise in sales and a strong ability to engage clients and close deals.
Able to work on weekends and public holidays.
Familiarity with property market trends, financing options, and sales regulations.
Fluent in English and Malay; proficiency in Mandarin is a plus.
Self-motivated with a proactive attitude and strong commitment toward driving sales and achieving sales targets.
