Basic + Unlimited Commission - Earn up to 12k a month
Responsibilities
  • Responsible for market development and sales of hydraulic press equipment (such as four-column hydraulic presses, frame hydraulic presses, servo hydraulic presses, bending machine etc.) in Malaysia, and achieve set sales targets;
  • Maintain existing customer relationships, explore potential customer needs, and establish long-term and stable cooperative relationships;
  • Research the dynamics of Malaysia`s hydraulic press market (such as industry demand, competitor situation, etc.) and formulate targeted sales strategies;
  • Introduce the performance, parameters, application scenarios and after-sales services of hydraulic press equipment to customers, and provide professional product solutions;
  • Responsible for the negotiation, signing and execution of sales contracts, and follow up the order delivery and payment collection processes;
  • Cooperate with the technical team to provide coordination work related to equipment installation, commissioning and technical support for customers;
  • Collect customer feedback and market information, and submit sales reports to the company regularly.
Qualifications
  • College degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Marketing or related majors;
  • Priority to those who understand the basic principles, structure and application fields of hydraulic press equipment (such as metal forming, stamping, forging and other industries);
  • Priority to those familiar with Malaysia`s industrial market (such as auto parts, hardware manufacturing, mold industry, etc.).
  • More than 2 years of sales experience in industrial machinery and equipment, with priority given to those with sales experience in hydraulic presses, bending machine, machine tools or heavy machinery;
  • Priority to those with local customer resources in Malaysia or successful market development cases.
  • Have good communication skills and negotiation skills, able to accurately understand customer needs and promote cooperation;
  • Proficient in using Office software and have basic data analysis capabilities;
  • Proficient in English and Bahasa, with priority given to those who can speak Chinese fluently (to facilitate communication with Chinese-funded customers or headquarters);
  • Hold a valid driver`s license and be able to adapt to business trips across Malaysia.
  • Goal-oriented, with strong market development ability and pressure resistance;
  • Honest and reliable, responsible, able to safeguard the interests of the company and customers;
  • Have a team spirit and be able to collaborate efficiently with technical and after-sales departments.
  • Legally eligible to work in Malaysia (citizen, permanent resident or valid work visa);
  • Able to accept flexible working hours and adapt to overtime needs during peak seasons.
