Job description

Actively generate new customers for short-term and long-term car rental services

Manage the full rental cycle from customer inquiry to vehicle handover and return

Communicate with customers via phone, WhatsApp, and face-to-face meetings

Prepare rental quotations, explain rental terms, and successfully close rental agreements

Coordinate vehicle delivery, pickup, and basic vehicle condition checks

Build and maintain strong relationships with individual and corporate clients

Follow up with existing customers to encourage repeat rentals and referrals

Handle basic customer inquiries and complaints professionally

Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, and customer information

Represent the company in a professional and trustworthy manner
