Our Client
Top Tier European Global Private Bank with over 110 years of wealth management experience; total AUM over USD 400 Billion and hiring over 500 employees in the North Asia Regional Branch is currently in search for Legal Assistant/Paralegal.
Job Duties
- Provide paralegal/administrative support as part of the North Asia Legal Department
- Assist in monitoring legal expenses; arrange T&E/meeting schedules and draft/file legal documents related to banking/commercial litigation
- Coordinate ad hoc projects including enhancement of workflow processes
Requirements
- 4 years+ of experience as Legal Assistant/Paralegal acquired from financial institutions
- Degree holder in Legal related studies is a definite advantage
- Detail-minded, pleasant, and a good team player
- Strong proficiency in English and Chinese
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
