We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Paralegal to support our legal team in delivering exceptional legal services. The ideal candidate will have strong research skills, excellent organizational abilities, and a solid understanding of legal procedures to assist attorneys in case preparation and client management.

Role: Paralegal
- Assist in property conveyancing matters, including preparation and review of documents.
- Handle electronic conveyancing transactions using PEXA.
- Draft, review, and manage legal documents with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Provide administrative and paralegal support to the legal team across multiple jurisdictions.
- Liaise with clients, solicitors, and other stakeholders in a professional manner.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Proven experience in conveyancing and property transaction support.
- Proficiency in PEXA platform is essential.
- Strong command of English (written and spoken).
- Legal background (law degree or paralegal training preferred).
- High attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work under deadlines.
