Job summary
A leading construction company in Johor seeks a Site Safety Supervisor to assist in implementing HSEMS, conducting audits, and maintaining safety records. Candidates must have a related diploma/degree and be registered as a Site Safety Supervisor. This role offers an opportunity to make a significant impact on site safety and health management in a dynamic environment.
Qualifications
- At least Diploma or Degree in Occupational Safety & Health or other discipline.
- Registered with DOSH as Site Safety Supervisor.
- Minimum one year experience with safety and health matters.
Responsibilities
- Assist HSE Officer/Manager in implementing HSEMS system on site.
- Conduct safety audits and maintain safety records.
- Liaise with authorities on HSE matters.
- Collect data to monitor HSE status.
- Be Secretary of Safety & Health Committee.

We’re looking for a Site Safety Supervisor who’s ready to make an impact.
- To assist HSE Officer/Manager in implementing HSEMS system on site, specifically on the following: –
- safety promotion
- safety audit
- organizing HSE meetings
- conducting toolbox meetings and safety training
- preparing reports
- maintaining safety records
- conduct accident investigation
- To assist HSE Officer/Manager in carrying out investigations on all incidents and accidents and ensure that all the necessary records are properly maintained.
- To liaise with all the relevant authorities and clients on matters relating to HSE on site.
- To collect and collate data to monitor the status of HSE of each site.
- To be Secretary of Safety & Health Committee (in the absent of HSE Officer).
- To perform any other ad hoc duties that may be assigned by the Management.
- At least Diploma or Degree in Occupational Safety & Health or other discipline, or management plus with certificate of safety and health officer organized by NIOSH or other education institution recognized by DOSH.
- Registered with DOSH as Site Safety Supervisor
- Minimum one (1) year experience with safety and health matters.
