The Top Penang, one of the leading companies in all things theme park and food is looking for a talented Marketing Manager to develop exciting marketing campaigns to spread our brand throughout the world!

You shall be in charge in the planning, developing and executing marketing strategies to promote The Top and drive business growth.

• Develop and implement marketing strategies and campaigns to achieve business objectives and sales targets.
• Supervise and lead a team of marketing professionals, assigning tasks and ensuring collaboration.
• Provide guidance and support to team members, including setting performance goals and conducting performance evaluations.
• Maintain and enhance The Top's brand image.
• Plan and execute both online and offline marketing campaigns in an effort to enhance company brand image.
• Work with creative agencies to create fun and exciting marketing materials, advertisements and content.
• Responsible for the organization's presence via online, in terms of website management, SEO, SEM and social media strategies.

• Bachelor Degree in Marketing or Business.
• Preferably someone who is from the Theme Park or Hospitality industry.
• In depth knowledge of operations and has understanding of how operations works, be it from theme parks or restaurants.
• Creative and motivated to create awesome content or marketing materials to bring out the best of company image.
• Strong command in linguistics and good communicator.
• Self motivated and is willing to learn.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
