Business Development Officer

Location: Southern Regional Office, Johor Bahru

We are looking for a self‑driven and passionate Business Development Officer to join our team.

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline from a recognized university or institution
  • Minimum 1–2 years of relevant working experience
  • Target‑driven, self‑motivated, and resilient
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Good sales and commercial awareness
  • Able to influence stakeholders and build client relationships
  • Proficient in IT applications
  • Basic financial knowledge is an added advantage
Responsibilities

New Client Development

  • Achieve assigned sales volume and revenue targets, focusing on company standard products
  • Drive up‑selling and cross‑selling within the assigned territory
  • Identify and manage new or special projects

Existing Client Development

  • Grow additional business opportunities and strengthen client relationships
  • Support resolution of operational issues, including customer escalations and collections (DSO)
  • Ensure contracts and agreements comply with company guidelines
  • Manage contract renewals and improve client retention

Business Compliance

  • Ensure adherence to company processes, guidelines, and procedures
  • Maintain a strong and accurate CRM sales pipeline to support current and future business targets
