· Review, analyse, and compare quotations to ensure the best value and cost-effectiveness.

· Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure quality service and timely delivery.

· Monitor inventory levels and track procurement timelines to avoid operational delays.

· Support budgeting and forecasting by providing procurement data related to CAPEX and OPEX.

· Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements in procurement operations.

· Prepare procurement reports, expenditure summaries, and updates for management review.

· Lead sourcing, evaluation, and selection of suppliers for goods and services
