A leading food service company in Malaysia is seeking a Sales Manager to develop and execute sales strategies targeting the HORECA sector. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of relevant experience, a Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing, and strong sales acumen. Responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and monitoring sales performance. This role offers a salary range of RM5,000.00 to RM7,000.00 plus commission.
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets within the HORECA sector.
Identify and grow new business opportunities with hotels, restaurants, cafés, and catering operators.
Build and maintain strong, long‑term relationships with key HORECA clients.
Understand client needs and propose suitable food service solutions to drive sales.
Conduct market research to monitor industry trends and competitor activities.
Prepare and present sales proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals effectively.
Monitor sales performance, analyze key metrics, and report results to management.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
Other duties may arise from time to time and may be assigned to the employee.
At least 2 years of working experience in related industry.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar sales role, preferably in the HORECA industry.
Strong sales acumen with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze market trends and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Design tools.
Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
Willingness to travel as needed.

Salary Range + Commission : RM5,000.00 - RM7,000.00
