Job summary
A leading industrial company based in Shah Alam, Malaysia, is seeking a candidate to service and maintain existing business, prepare market demand analysis, and collaborate with regional offices. Applicants should have a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management or Economics, possess strong communication and customer service skills, and be open to travel. Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint is a plus. This role emphasizes building strong customer relationships through regular interaction.
Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Economics or equivalent.
- Possess good communication and customer service skills.
- Must be willing to travel locally and overseas.
Responsibilities
- Service and maintain existing business of assigned region.
- Prepare monthly order forecast and analysis of market demand vs supply.
- Coordinate and collaborate with overseas regional offices for business development.
- Build and maintain good rapport with customers through regular visits.
- Gather global market information.
