1. Manager, Creative & Digital
- Develop and implement a comprehensive creative strategy that aligns with overall business goals and drive measurable results.
- Oversee all aspects of creative content development, from concept to execution, across various channels including concept and production of high-quality creative assets for retail outlets: Point of Sale Materials (POSMs) & Below The Line (BTL) activations, social media, member app and website.
- Lead and inspire your team to develop high-quality visual assets, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
- Oversee project timelines and budgets, ensuring deliverables are met on time and within budget.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, merchandising, operations) to ensure brand consistency and campaign success.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead of trends and inform creative decisions.
- Mentor and guide designers to produce designs that align with brand guidelines.
- Provide clear directions and briefs to the team to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Job Requirements
- Oversee all activities within the Creative & Digital Department to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality work with minimal errors.
- Oversee the creation of digital content (videos, graphics, etc.), ensuring it meets the objectives of the campaign and resonates with the target audience.
- Bachelor's degree in Design, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a creative managerial role.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including social media, digital, and in-store.
- Strong understanding of branding principles and brand storytelling.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), video editing softwares, and project management tools.
2. Assistant Manager/Senior Executive, Social Media & Digital
- Develop, manage, and implement digital and social media campaigns aligned with overall marketing strategies.
- Plan and schedule content calendars to ensure timely and consistent communication across platforms.
- Collaborate with creative teams to produce engaging and brand-consistent content (static, video, images, stories).
- Monitor, analyze, and report campaign performance using Meta Business Suite insights, providing actionable recommendations for improvement.
- Research and apply emerging digital trends and best practices to strengthen brand competitiveness.
- Ensure effective coordination with internal teams and external partners to achieve campaign objectives.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mass Communication, Digital Media, Marketing, or equivalent.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or related field.
- Hands‑on experience in content creation, video editing, and campaign execution.
- Familiarity with Meta Business Suite and paid social advertising.
- Experience in monitoring performance metrics and preparing reports.
Added Advantages
Experience using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights) to drive performance.
Ability to work closely with marketing teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging.
Knowledge of basic design skills (e.g., Adobe Illustrator or Photoshop) are a plus!
