Job summary

Job description

Responsibilities

• To assist in leading the marketing department;
• To formulate the marketing strategy for the company;
• To energize the marketing team toward achieving sales targets;
• To conduct market research and property purchasers’ behavior to keep up-to-date with trends, demands, and comparable market sales prices;
• Implement strategic marketing plans to align product development with target market segments, as well as strategic sales plans/programs for targeted market segments;
• Search, analyze, and evaluate records for lands, real estate, properties, or buildings;
• Estimate demand for real estate and property, based on market research and consumer trends;
• Build strong and extensive business networking with land owners, potential real estate or property agents;
• Organizing, coordinating, producing, and maintaining the correspondence, reports, and data independently to ensure accuracy and confidentiality;
• Assisting in ad-hoc assignments as required by management.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Business Studies/Marketing or related fields;
• Minimum 10 years of working experience in real estate, property development or property valuation;
• Be outstanding in problem-solving, have strong leadership skills and the ability to prioritize and complete tasks within a time frame;
• Strong analytical skills with excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills;
• Have a pleasant personality and can interact with people at all levels ;
• Proficient in both written and spoken English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia.
