We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic entry-level engineer to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities :
Process Engineering
- Assist in analyzing existing manufacturing or operational processes to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities
- Support process optimization, standardization, and documentation (SOPs, work instructions, flowcharts)
- Collect, analyze, and interpret process data to support decision‑making
- Participate in process trials, validations, and improvement projects
- Support implementation of Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement initiatives
Quality Engineering
- Assist in monitoring product and process quality to ensure compliance with internal and customer requirements
- Support quality inspections, audits, and root cause analysis for non‑conformances
- Assist in implementing corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
- Maintain quality records, reports, and documentation
- Support compliance with quality standards such as ISO 9001, IATF 16949, or industry‑specific regulations
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Chemistry and Polymer Materials Science Engineering, Quality Management or related field)
- Basic understanding of process engineering and quality concepts
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
- Good communication and teamwork abilities
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast‑paced environment
