Deputy Manager, Marketing & Business Development, PB Trustee Services Berhad

Responsible for the marketing and business development of the Company

Assist in the formulation, implementation and monitoring of various marketing strategies

Provide input for improvement of sales activities/performance

Solicit for new businesses as well as establish good rapport with existing customers to ensure achievement of Company’s target

Provide high quality training on products and services to sales representatives

Assist in the preparation of legal documentation for new Trustee businesses secured

Keep abreast with developments in corporate and retail trustee services, market conditions as well as the relevant laws and regulations

Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, customer preferences and competitive threats

Requirements
  • A recognised Degree with minimum 5 years’ experience in an established Trust Company
  • Performance driven, dynamic and outgoing with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently with good communication skills
  • Possess strong sense of responsibility, commitment and discipline
  • Has own transport and willing to travel
  • Knowledge in Corporate and Retail Services such as Collective Investment Scheme, Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT), Private Debt Securities (PDS), Interest Scheme, e-Money, Equity Crowdfunding, Will/Wasiat writing, Estate Administration and Private Purpose Trust processes will be an added advantage
