Ground Team Red Sdn Bhd – Sepang, Selangor

Develop and execute effective communication strategies to maintain positive relationships with stakeholders, government bodies, and the public.

Serve as the liaison between the company and corporate and government agencies, ensuring compliance with regulations and fostering a favorable regulatory environment.

Craft and disseminate clear, consistent messages to internal and external audiences, aligning with the company's values and goals.

Branding

Contribute to the development and execution of the company's overall branding strategy, ensuring a cohesive and compelling brand identity.

Support initiatives to strengthen brand awareness, loyalty, and differentiation in the market.

Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate the brand into products, services, and communications.

Business Development
  • Ensure the sustainability of the company’s line of business.
  • Explore, formulate and execute the expansion of new business.
  • Build, maintain and enhance good relationships with authorities.
  • Retain and extend the company’s business licenses.
  • Negotiate/renegotiate and extend any agreement with the airport operator to ensure sustainability and maintain the feasibility of the company’s businesses.
  • Build maintain and enhance relationships with key personnel of authorities and the airport operators.
  • Keep abreast on new regulations relating to company’s businesses, and provide recommendations to management to ensure company’s business sustainability.
  • Build business intelligence capabilities to understand business and competitive landscape in industry, and provide recommendations on management strategies.
  • Explore, formulate, propose, and seek management approval on new business/service expansion of the company.
  • Liaise and coordinate with related units/departments on agreement, regulatory and/or any change in industry which may affect/disrupt company’s operational/services sustainability, and on new business opportunity which require support/ownership of other units/departments.
  • Finding and growing new territorial markets.
  • Engage leads through mailing campaigns, emails, conference calls, video calls and/or face‑to‑face meeting, to convert them into clients.
  • Negotiate quotes and contracts with clients.
  • Identify tenders and answer tenders relevant to business lines.
  • Engage existing clients to ensure continued business satisfaction and grow additional sales opportunities.
  • Manage the pipeline of opportunities to ensure there are always enough potential deals to sustain the company’s continued growth.
  • Create a business environment conducive for GTR business lines growth by maintaining good relationships with business partners, authorities, agents, distributors, professional association.
  • Participate in the elaboration of the company yearly marketing and communication plan, and the strategic plan.
  • As the activity grows, manage a team of sales managers and sales support executives.
  • Attend conferences, meetings, trade shows, and industry events.
  • Work closely with management on data analytics.
  • Identify new business opportunities to generate new revenue streams and improve profitability.
  • Implement and execute new business projects working with other departments.
